February 1, 2010... Award Sites! now only lists removed web award programs on a rolling twelve month period from the current date.

December 3, 2009... Award Sites! announces its recognition of award programs that have been listed for 10 plus years with owners of honored programs receiving the"10 Plus Years Distinguished Rating" badge for display on their recognized program.

September 3, 2008... Award Sites! announces Exemplary Hall where owners of active and retired web award programs are recognized for their contributions / efforts beyond their program.

August 16, 2007... Award Sites! adds new service listing “approved” fee based web hosting companies in extenuation of its mission... "bettering the net by striving for excellence".

August 9, 2006... NovaSite! is now at Award Sites! and will be issued monthly or bi-monthly as qualified suggested sites allow.  Also, a new badge and guidelines are involved.  (The NovaSite! mirror archive will also remain at NetNacs! for sites selected before August 2006 and will display the image that was provided by NetNacs!)

March 15 2006... In Memoriam feature introduced that honors those fine individuals who have been called to their new home, but have left the awards community, the internet, and all those touched by them much better for their earthly stay.
