Ole Sam called Lynn Cunningham, web mistress of The Cunningham Award of Excellence, for an interview and write up in Nova. She suggested that while the website is the genealogy and background for the Kerr (Carr) and Cunningham ancient clans of Scotland, if we wished to visit Scotland, two of her frequent flier discounts would be mailed, to help defray the cost of our journey.
The brothers carefully poured over the mountain of information contained in the excellent web site, until
the lantern began to fade, finished a copulation of notes, which also included a list of must see sights for their trip to Scotland.  Below is a journal of their adventure.

A cemetery map provided a guide for the journey, grave stone rubbing's collected were carefully placed in a leather folder which would be presented to Lynn.  A gift for her help and generosity.

A second map of castles which Lynn furnished to the brothers, led them into Scotland, Ireland and France where they would depart for the return trip home.

But before the castle trip, no visit to Scotland would be complete without visiting Robbie Burns, establishments where tartans and crests were displayed with nobility.

Now back in the states, Old Sam and Spook have published a record of the journey, note for all readers that the featured Nova AP need not be genealogy related to qualify and in public thank Lynn for providing such magnificent information, which made the trip bear fruit.
