“Oh, that brings out one of my favorite quotes from the Matrix,” said Spook, which is “The answer is out there, Neo, and it's looking for you, and it will find you if you want it to.”
Now Ole Sam and Spook knew there were answers out there about Trinity Prescott, her Surflocal Humanitarian Service Award and her family, so let us share some of what we found with our readers.
Trinity Prescott has owned her company, Surflocal.Net for 11 years, beginning in 1996.
She has been married for 20 years to her best friend and business partner, David. He is the VP of Marketing.
|David and Trinity have a 14 year old daughter, AJ who is the current "Miss Teen Fort Collins".Trinity is currently "Mrs Fort Collins Colorado Galaxy" and is competing for the "Mrs Colorado Galaxy" title April 5th. She placed 2nd runner-up at the "Mrs Colorado International" pageant this last May. This means "TOP 5" in the pageant world.|
After reading below dear reader, you will understand why Trinity established Surflocal Humanitarian Service Award.
Trinity volunteers for the Larimer Humane Society by helping with Community Outreach fund raising projects and working at the shelter taking care of the pets and helping with adoptions. Trinity is also involved with her daughter AJ, in the "Partner Up" program and they work together at the shelter feeding and caring for the pets. Trinity plans to take the model of this shelter nation-wide to educate other shelters on how to fund themselves so they will not have to euthanize pets due to financial restrictions and they can operate as a place to train and prepare pets for adoption, rather than kill them.
Trinity is currently involved in the Surflocal Foundation for Young Entrepreneurs designed to help young innovators get their world-changing innovations and inventions turned into a reality that will help the US compete in technology world-wide. Her foundation will help get an idea patented, a proto-type built if needed, and get an invention into the hands of industry leaders that can launch it properly. "We want to help young people with great ideas not to become discouraged by people who just do not understand their genius...."
Trinity also has a community service called "Trinity's Closet" where she donates beautiful formal gowns to low income Middle School and High School young women who can not afford to finance the experience of the Prom or Formal dance on their own.
When Trinity is not working or doing charity things, she is involved with her hobbies: yoga, pilates, tubing down the Poudre River, biking with her husband, shopping with her daughter, and taking trips to all sorts of Colorado fun places.
