Presents its award monthly with an annual winner selection, as well.  Nominated sites must have held the coarse of their purpose or mission in providing information that leaves the visitor wanting more by achieving a difference before they visited the site.  The site will be visited by both judges and common internet surfers to allow us to review both for content and code, as well as the eyes of the heart.  See program for details
