when listed, date of listing or last upgrade, and reason for being reinstated.

SUBMIT FORM... is strictly for requesting an initial rating of an award issued by a site not currently rated or listed by AWARD SITES! It is not for submitting to individual awards nor bulk award submittal. (Click on the above link for rating level upgrade request.)

1. Prerequisites - Your award program must comply with all the 20 key areas listed including plagiarism, copyright, and listing winners.
2. Rating Level Criteria and Listing Rules - Make sure you are aware what is required to achieve a respective level . . . and the rules to follow for the program to remain rated.
Notification Period normally within 4 weeks. However, it can take several additional weeks when heavy submission traffic occurs.

Compliance Rating Banner Information (opens in new window)... Once you receive a notice or your award programs rating level, you can then request a replacement compliance rating level banner if your site meets W3C and/or AR (WAI - 508 standard). And make sure that you have validated your site so it still complies. (Failing the AS! validation will mean having to request the respective compliance rating level banner after a 30 day waiting period ... separate of the 120 waiting period for upgrade request.)
