Criteria and Rules

Initial Rating Request

The following requirements, suggestions, and submission form are only for an upgrade request of an award program currently rated and listed on Award Sites!

It must be at least 120 days from the date of most recent notification email of an initial, upgrade, or unchanged rating level from Award Sites!
Do not proceed with requesting an upgrade rating review if you haven't checked to see if there are not changes to the Prerequisites and Listing Rules since your program's last review . . . as it must be in full compliance.
Review the criteria for each rating level higher then your award program . . . and visit some recently upgraded and initially rated award program at the higher levels . . . Then only proceed if noticeable revisions / improvements have occurred to your program . . . and that it meets its own criteria (all aspects).
- Seek peer assistance at Assembly . . . as advice is not provided by Award Sites! on how to develop or improve an award's presentation.
- Your award program is subject to a possible downgrading of its rating according to the Award Sites! criteria in force at the time the request for rating upgrade is made.
You must have a Winners Selection Record (WSR) page to be considered for an upgrade. (You can modify the record or use your own approach, but it must list the same required information.)

Note...

Removed award programs must contact AWARD SITES! with rating level when listed, date of listing or last upgrade, and reason for being reinstated.
